1. Check-In and Check-Out Policies:

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. Please inquire at the front desk.

2. Reservations and Booking:

  • Reservations can be made online through our website or by phone.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

3. Payment Policies:

  • We accept cash, and online payment platforms.
  • Full payment is due upon check-in, and a security deposit may be required.
    • Deposit RM 20 for dormitory room (refundable deposit for card access)
    • Deposit RM 50 for private room (refundable deposit for card access)

4. Age Restrictions:

  • Our hostel is for adults only (18 years and older).

5. Identification and Registration:

  • All guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
  • Guest information will be collected for security and legal purposes.

6. Security and Access:

  • Keys or access cards will be issued to registered guests only.
  • Lockers are provided for securing personal belongings.

7. Quiet Hours and Respectful Conduct:

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Please be considerate of other guests and maintain a respectful atmosphere.

8. Smoking and Alcohol Policies:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel.
  • We have a designated area for smoking.
  • Alcohol is allowed in moderation in the common areas, but we do not serve alcohol.

9. Visitors Policy:

  • Visitors are allowed in common areas but are not permitted in guest bedrooms after 10:00 PM.

10. Kitchen and Dining Area Policies:

  • Guests are welcome to use the communal kitchen but are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
  • Dishes should be washed promptly.

11. Cleaning and Housekeeping:

  • Daily cleaning of common areas is conducted.
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.

12. Towels and Linen:

  • Bed linens and towels are provided. Additional linens can be requested at the front desk.

13. Lost and Found:

  • Lost items will be kept for 30 days. Please inquire at the front desk.

14. Pet Policy:

  • No pets are allowed in the hostel.

15. Wi-Fi and Internet Access:

  • Free Wi-Fi is available. The access code can be obtained from the front desk.

16. Environmental Policies:

  • We encourage guests to conserve energy and water by turning off lights and faucets when not in use.

17. Complaints and Conflict Resolution:

  • If you have any complaints or concerns, please report them to the front desk. We will work to resolve any issues promptly.

18. Legal Liabilities:

  • The hostel is not responsible for the loss of personal property or injuries sustained on the premises.

19. Emergency Procedures:

  • In the event of a fire, follow the posted evacuation plan.
  • In case of a medical emergency, contact the front desk for assistance.
